Frankfort Avenue Liquors & Wine opened in 2021 in Louisville’s Clifton neighborhood, bringing a full-service bar and bottle shop together under one roof. Walk in looking for a bottle to take home, and you might find a reason to stay. Come in for a cocktail, and you might leave with a new favorite whiskey—and a bottle to share.

That’s part of what makes this place ours. We love the discovery that comes with a good drink: the first sip of something unfamiliar, a bartender’s recommendation, or the pleasure of returning to a favorite made just the way you like it. Kentucky bourbon has a natural home here, alongside handcrafted cocktails, wine, and local beer.
