Frankfort Avenue Liquors & Wine respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or submit a space booking inquiry.
Information You Provide
Our space booking questionnaire collects your name, email address, optional phone number, occasion, preferred date, estimated number of guests, and any details you include in your message.
We also receive information you provide in follow-up communications.
Please do not submit payment card numbers, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the questionnaire.
How We Use Your Information
We use booking information to respond to your request, discuss availability, and coordinate your proposed gathering.
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation.
Selling and Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information or share booking inquiry information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security. These providers process information as necessary to supply their services. Authorized staff and website administrators may access information when needed to respond to inquiries or maintain the website.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people, or defend our legal rights.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Depending on its configuration and your browser settings, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about pages visited, interactions, referral sources, and browser or device characteristics.
Booking form answers are not intended to be sent to Google Analytics.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Security and Spam Prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form submissions. It processes technical signals needed to perform that security check. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The booking form also uses temporary security records to limit repeated and duplicate submissions. These include cryptographic identifiers derived from submission information and the network address reported by our server.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access times, and requested pages to operate and protect the website.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Our website uses browser storage for certain features:
- Age confirmation: Remembers your confirmation that you are 21 or older, currently for 30 days.
- Review display: Remembers the previously displayed review during a browser tab’s session to reduce immediate repetition.
- Analytics and service features: Google Analytics and other enabled website services may use cookies or similar technologies.
You can manage or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. This may reset preferences and cause the age confirmation to appear again. Browser cookie settings do not necessarily disable every form of analytics collection.
Where our website uses WordPress.com or Jetpack services, additional information is available in Automattic’s Privacy Notice for Visitors.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain booking inquiries and related inquiry correspondence for 30 days, after which we delete them from our active inquiry records.
If an inquiry becomes a confirmed booking, information needed to fulfill that booking may be maintained separately as a booking record. We may also retain information longer when required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
Copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until those backups expire. Analytics and technical security records follow their separately configured retention periods.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing jdgarfield4@gmail.com.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to fulfill a confirmed booking. Additional rights may apply depending on applicable law.
External Links and Embedded Content
Our website may link to social media profiles or other websites and may display embedded content, such as band videos. Those services may collect information when you follow their links or interact with their content. Their own privacy policies govern that processing.
Age Restrictions
This website is intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect booking inquiries from people under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has submitted personal information, please contact us.
The age confirmation screen records a visitor’s declaration. It does not verify identity or replace identification checks for alcohol purchases or service.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
